What is duallo?
What does duallo do?
duallo is AI-assisted visual inspection for asset integrity and reliability. Your team films a routine walkdown. duallo maps the walk and computer vision reviews the footage. You get back a list of what's wrong and where, with a picture of each one, typically in about 90 minutes.
Is duallo a 3D scan, LiDAR or a digital twin?
No. duallo works from ordinary walkdown video, with no scanning hardware. The 3D walk is there to locate each finding. The findings are the product.
How is duallo different from DroneDeploy, Doxel or Matterport?
Those tools capture a site model. duallo turns the walkdowns your team already does into findings.

How does it work?
What hardware do we need?
The phone or camera your team already carries. No scanners, no drones, no dedicated capture devices, and no integration to start.
How long until we get the findings back?
Typically around 90 minutes from upload. You are notified when they are ready.
Who decides what's a real issue?
Your team does. Computer vision reviews the footage and flags potential issues. Your team approves, rejects or comments on each one, and only what you approve goes on to become a work order.
What do we get back?
- Verified findings, each with a priority, a picture and its location
- Every finding on your plot plan and in a 3D walk you can explore
- Hotspots showing where findings cluster
- Inspection zones showing what has been walked

How it fits
Does this replace our MI inspections?
No. duallo sits between routine walkdowns and formal MI. Your inspection program continues as is; duallo adds coverage in the gap between formal inspections.
Does it integrate with our CMMS?
Verified findings export in a structure that flows into existing work-order systems. We work out the specifics for your CMMS during the pilot; it is deliberately not a precondition for getting started.
How is our footage stored and secured?
Footage is encrypted in transit and at rest, hosted on Microsoft Azure in US regions, and kept only as long as your team needs it. Full details on hosting, retention and deletion are shared before any pilot; just ask.
Do we own the outputs?
Yes. Everything duallo produces is yours to keep, export and route into your existing systems. No expiry, no lock-in, deletion on request.
Does this require IT involvement at our site?
No special IT integration is needed to start. Upload through a secure link. Anything heavier, such as SSO, other hosting or direct CMMS integration, is discussed once you have seen the output.
